How Integrated Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance Service Works
1. Setup
Create your free account and share some details about your shipments and desired logistics solution with us. Our expert will reach out to support you get started.
2. Request a Quote
Please complete our request a quote form to receive a quote for your shipments and services.
3. Product Classification:
Our licensed customs broker will classify your products in order to determine the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS number), duty rate and specific import requirements from U.S. customs and other government agencies that relate to your products.
We need some details about your shipments, such as country of origin, country of manufacture, the composition (ingredients), intended use of the products, pictures of the products, etc. to correctly classify your shipments.
4. Compliance Review
We will closely review your product’s specific import requirements that must be met to remain compliant with laws and regulations of U.S. Customs and other government agencies if applicable.
Once your shipments have met the import requirements, you will need to complete Power of Attorney and Terms and Conditions of Service forms. A power of attorney is required for a customs broker to transact customs business on your behalf with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

5. Preparation for Customs Clearance
We need some basic shipment details and require following documents uploaded

You can upload any additional documents at any time throughout the clearance process via our secure client portal. We will process your shipment and generate your invoice.
Your customs broker will review the documents and communicate with you via our secure client portal. If any further documents or information are required, you will be notified immediately. If everything is ok, the Broker will submit customs declaration to CBP via our Automated Broker Interface.
You can check the status of your shipment at any anytime throughout the clearance process via our secure client portal. Billing, payment and more processes will be done within our secure client portal.
6. Payment
Upon submission of the customs declaration to U.S. Customs your payment is required. This payment may include:
- Duties (if applicable)
- Customs fees/charges (if applicable)
- Brokerage fee
- Freight and warehouse payments (Upon request)
- Disbursement fees (if applicable)
We will guide you to our online payment portal to complete the transaction.
7. Release of Goods
Once U.S. Customs confirms the clearance of your goods, you will receive copies of your 7501 (Customs Entry Summary Document). Your goods are released and ready for final destination. Upon your request, we can arrange the pickup, warehouse storage or delivery of cargo anywhere in North America.

Importer Security Filing (ISF)
An ISF is required when cargo (ocean only) laden on vessel at a foreign port is destined for shipment to the U.S. Under ISF rule, some importing information and details regarding cargo must be transmitted to the CBP at least 24 hours before goods are loaded onto the vessel.

Section 321 entry allows importing free of duty and tax for shipments imported by one person on one day having a fair retail value in the country of shipment not more than $800. We provide our resident and non-resident clients with dedicated ACE eManifest solutions for Section 321 entry of all modes of transportation.
Non-resident Importer Program
If you want to sell your products in U.S. marketplaces, but you are a business owner located outside of the U.S. and do not have an entity or presence in the U.S., you need to be established as a Foreign Importer of Record before your products can be imported into the U.S. We can help you.

Non-resident Importer Program
What is Non-Resident Importer?
The United States allows a non-resident corporation to act as an importer of record for shipments of merchandise from the foreign country to the United States for sale if applicable regulatory requirements are met.
“Nonresident importer” is defined as an Importer of Record (IOR) that is not a citizen of the United States or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States; or a partnership, corporation, or other commercial entity that is not organized under the laws of a jurisdiction within the customs territory of the United States or in the Virgin Islands of the United States.
Entry of goods may be made by a nonresident individual or partnership, or by a foreign corporation through a U.S. agent or representative of the exporter, a member of the partnership, or an officer of the corporation.
